heres a nice school of yellowtail about two seconds before we hook n lined em
all in the 25-35 pound range. mine went mid 30's |

I see some hard bottom, possibly a wreck with some er bait/schoolie fish above it, and something a little bigger above that. IMO, the gain needs to be set a little higher.
I'm no expert though. I'd be interested in what others think. This is an interesting/educational thread.

Here is a cool picture I took of a school of blackfin and yellowfin tuna holding under the boat in the Bahamas. This is about an hour after we stopped fishing and chumming for them and were just icing down the fish and cleaning the boat off. This is the top 300 feet in about 2500 feet of water.
Edit: No idea why they always post sideways from my phone, sorry. |
