Panama City Beach November 4th to 6th
I'll be in Panama City Beach the weekend of November 4th to 6th. Looking for advice on places to go spearfishing off the beach. Alternatively, I'd love to go out on a boat or kayak to get to some nicer spots. Will pitch in for gas, food, beer, etc.
