Need to convert Garmin .adm to ANYTHING else
Does anyone know how to change the native Garmin blah" .adm" file to anything else? I can't seem to find any free software to do so.
I have the local public numbers out of Panama City Beach that were verified (or reasonably believed to be good) by a local charter boat that I need to get into some other format, ideally Lowrance ".usr" Any ideas? The closest I've come is GPS Utility, but naturally with their freeware version you can only convert 100 numbers. Thoughts? |

Gpsbabel is free and seems to convert just about every format. I convert my tracks and points from lowarance .usr to google map .kml.
Worked fast and easy.

GPSbabble won't convert to usr4. Newest lowrance version for hds gen 2 however usr3 just with out any kind of waypoint graphics I/e if u had a flag or other specific graphic for a site all would be changed to a generic waypoint.
If you send me a copy of the numbers I will convert and send back so you don't have to DL gpsbabel I use garmin trip and waypoint manager on my PC and run a lowrance hds gen2 on the boat. Either way good luck Pm me if you want to send the file to convert and I will give you my email |
