They need to crack down on more of these fools. In my area there are certian groups of people that take all. Anything thay wiggles. They do it in plain sight. Stuff fish in bags, buckets even beat them on the rocks and eat them raw. I asked fish and game why do these people not get busted daily. The answer…… they claim to speak no english and then a translator must be hired and it isnt worth it.
