because I'm Bored
came across this and thought it was cool. I do want to try this one day to help with my fear of sharks.

Looked like retired Warwick FF Charlie- had a blast many many years ago doing that 35 miles off pt Judith ? (Sp) great guy awesome experience. Stay outside the cage it's so much more an experience

Scott,
I have been a mate on that boat (SNAPPA) for the last 3 years. Shark diving is a ton of fun and Charlie is a great captain! I highly recommend trying it.

How often do you guys freedive with the sharks in that charter? Looks interesting. Most other spearo places around have tons of sharks (FL, bahamas, MX, etc). Doing this might be a good into...right?

Any bad incidents?

that has to be an awesome job and getting to spend time around the water. I would love to give it a try next season. I am only interested in out of the cage freediving. Something about being in the cage looking out doesnt seem right.

Don't under estimate the power of big bluefish. I've come in with half school bass while rod and reeling because of teen sized blues. Sketched me out the first time it happened haha

Charlie has been 100% successful for the last two seasons shark diving. There has been at least one shark on every trip. I never go into the cage and very few of the experienced guys use the cage. and no bad incidents btw
