I didn't know surfer's ear was a thing. It's probably not serious, but if anyone has it, we do.

I had to have my ear canal drilled when I ruptured my eardrum surfing because of surfers ear. Eardrum needed to be surgically repaired and it wasn't possible to get in there without first getting drilled. I should have had them both done because the one that wasn't drilled constantly gets water stuck in it. I know a guy who has it so bad he can barely hear.

Sounds like it'll be worth it to try the Doc's pro plugs. This is something I would rather not find out what it's like to have.
