Golden Trevally
Just back from a trip to Costa Rica - Jaco area. I was diving for pargo the first day. Visibility was sketchy and the fish were scattered, so when a nice sized golden trevally swam past, I took the shot. I have killed a few of these over the years, usually as a break-the-skunk fish to have food. I don't think I will ever pass on one again. The meat on these is so good. We had the local sushi restaurant make rolls with it and they were outstanding.
I hope everyone has a great week this week. Will |

Re: Golden Trevally
I shoot those for food over most pargos, they are great.
