We lost a member of the Tribe
We regret to inform you that we lost a member of the OC Spearos Family this past Saturday in a dive related incident.
Ryan Huff was an amazing diver who loved his Family, spearfishing & the Club. He is survived by his Wife Diane and 2 boys Spencer (3) & Gavin (7) We understand that everyone would like more information about the incident and we appreciate your patience. We will provide full details of the incident at the appropriate time. As Ryan would've wanted. As for now, we ask that you keep the Huff family in your thoughts or prayers. We will be setting up a fund to help with funeral expenses and provide you with details about his Celebration of life shortly. Please consider donating https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-f...cp+share-sheet

Re: We lost a member of the Tribe
Not a member of the club, but I live in OC and quite often dive off its coast. I can feel the grief Ryan's loss must have brought to his family and friends. I just want to humbly send my condolences to everyone.
RIP, Ryan. Di Au |

Man. Words cannot explain the heartache and pain his loved ones are going through. The Huff family are in my prayers. If there's anything else I can do to help out let me know.

Re: We lost a member of the Tribe
Is this the same diver who got hung up in the kelp and drowned?

Re: We lost a member of the Tribe
Any word on services/celebration of life? I wouldn't mind making the trip to show some love and support for the family. Maybe bring a collective, financial gift to drop off from us spearos here...?

All divers and their families,
Let your passion for this beautiful sport and the love for each other who engage in it be felt by giving generously! I would want that for my own family! Fernando, Thank you and your club for allowing all divers access to lend our humble help! See you Sunday.
