How to clean hazy perscription lenses?

My prescription lenses get hazy after a couple years. Usually i toss them, but am stuck in Bimini with a new mask and old hazy lenses. Anyone have experience cleaning them? I've tried:

- soaking in bleach overnight
- soaking in fresh lemon juice overnight
- soaking in vinegar overnight
- buffing with baking soda,

... all to no avail. Your expertise is much appreciated!
