Re: Quad Roller Tuna Cannon

Thought that I would bump this thread to see what became of this quad roller cannon. While many guns are swarming with bands this one has them all pulling directly on the shaft and not being split via a sub-pulley drive system in the now much more common cable rollergun format.

Put a full size javelin in there with a .50 cal power head and go for it. Hell yeah.

Maybe he's still riding a 1,000 bluefin across the Pacific since 2015?

Re: Quad Roller Tuna Cannon

It is possible that the realization of loading four rollergun bands became a bit of a deal breaker, especially when considering whether to pull the trigger or not and go through the process again sooner rather than later. With two-stage loading that would be eight draws, four on top and four shorter draws on the lower deck. As is usual after a miss large fish swim by watching on in fascination as the strange squid-like creature struggles against an oddly skinny foe, then depart rapidly as the creature starts frantically winding its opponent up in fine filaments (the shooting line).
