Bow fishing points for speargun shafts.

I was in cabelas the other night and they carry rock points for bow fishing... They look a lot like the 6mm points that ab biller sells. They are a few dollars cheaper than what I can buy a Biller tip for. Has anybody tried a muzzy fish point to see if the threads are the same?

Most bowfishing arrows are 5/16. I think the barbs would have a negative affect on accuracy. When shot from a bow, the tip only travels a couple feet max through the water before contacting the fish.. 10+ ft underwater from a speargun is a different story.
