Novice Spearfisher
Looking for people to go spearing with, I am beginner free diver and am looking for people to go spearing with. Can do up to around 35ft but thats from my lack to time in the water!

Welcome to the sport! I am in your shoes as well. I have found that posting in this forum doesn't lead to much success in finding people who want to help. There are a few people who genuinely want to help but for the most part it is just opinions being thrown around. Don't get me wrong, this forum has an immense amount of information to learn from, but not many people willing to invest in rookies. Find a club...book charters...just don't dive alone!

Probably not going to get much response till the hurricane clears out, but you are more likely to get responses if you identify what part(s) of the state you are looking to go out of. You might also want to post in specific region(s) rather than generic Florida.
Good luck, there are good freedivers all over the state - I might be able to help you out in the Fort Pierce area.
