is anybody there

just wondering if anybody has heard anything about their house around metairie or kenner. I can't get anybody on the phone so the only way to get people is through the net. I heard that it doesn't look good.

Re: is anybody there

I've heard that most homes have water in them, but the only areas i've heard about are lakeview, mid-city, and slidell. I'm not sure if you heard about the levee breech, but that seems to be the dominant story. I've spent a lot of time in New orleans but am not familiar with it enough to know how the breech would affect metairie and kenner.

This is the latest on that area.
