For sure, I have shot fish in DE n MD for a long time! I'm around ocean shitty. For day trippers it might be looking into the Delaware spearfishing club I know they do little contests and go out on the boats to the breakwaters on a schedule you just pay a couple bucks to go out on the boat with everyone its fun.
