What Happenned to Marcus?

That's a curious death notice. That's all I have been able to come up with. Nothing in local papers that I managed to find.

I know Marcus is/was an engineer. Mark Franey was an engineer. Other than the hits for Franey Engineering, and the one single death notice from the funeral home, I came up with zilch.

In the "beginning" there was a thread where members here on Spearboard introduced themselves, identifying there Real name, occupation, etc and how they derived there screen name. Mark was one of many to do so. But as time went on "marcus" and others became paranoid of anyone knowing there real identity, the fear was loosing a job because of bat shit crazy postings.
Long story short, Many years latter his real identity was "leaked", which up set him tremendously, so the owner of this site went back to that original post and deleted almost his entire post, to "protect him" .
So, unless he lied in the beginning, that is his real identity.

Thanks for the links. I remember the "doxing" controversy. I missed seeing the actual posts.

FWIW, I reluctantly came to the conclusion that Marcus was right about a lot of things I personally mocked him for. Not all, mind you.

How anyone could survive the Scamdemic without becoming a "conspiracy lunatic" is quite beyond me. But, hell! Maybe Pfizer really loves you and has a wonderful plan for your life.

You've personally lived long enough to see the Domino Theory trotted out, what, a half dozen times or more? But "This time it's for reeee-eall!!!", right? Personally, I think the bastards lie every time they talk. If they tell the truth, it's wither an accident or a limited hangout in order to sell the next Big Lie.... GWOT, Climate Change, Covid, the War on Drugs, Ukraine, "Israel", whatever.

I'd say Marcus was a lot more honest and on target than almost any of the political heroes of my lifetime. But on the other hand, that might be a pretty harsh backhanded complement, considering the likes of Killary and Bill the Ravisher, Orangemanbad, Obummer and Big Mike, George Bushki and Darth Cheney, The outgoing First Turnip.....

Kinda funny, so much of his BS/theory stuff from ten years ago has proven to be very relevant today. And what hasn't, probably will be in the not too far future.
Wish we knew what happened to him. Frankly, he and just a few others were the only reason I continued to check in periodically.

Man, I have been on here a long time and seeing some of those names again was to say the least, kind of saddening. This place is not what it used to be. Hopefully a new generation of spearos will get it back to what it once was.

Or barring that, look up all the Mark Franeys (almost as many as John Smith Id guess, such a common name...) , call them all and inquire if they are the ass wipes that posted conspiracy theories on Spearboard. and why have they stopped!
