SeaSniper - Radio Silent
I emailed SeaSniper a few weeks ago pertaining to a guy I purchased (SSET90) a few months ago that stopped functioning that I'd like to have fixed. I haven't gotten a reply.
Does anyone know if: 1. They warranty their products. 2. If they typically provide any customer support? Thanks, Mike

Re: SeaSniper - Radio Silent
When I bought the gun at J&J the spear didn't load and engage the line release right every time... after a few tries it seemed to work fine... just really had to shove it in there hard. I had a JBL that was like this, so I didn't mind.
After 2-3 weeks of light diving (once or twice a week?) it started getting worse... now it can take 20 minutes of messing with it to get the trigger and line release to engage... had a couple other spearos look at it to, to make sure it wasn't user error. I didn't try calling - I figured email would be quicker. I thought they were a large company? Is it just one guy I should try and contact?

Re: SeaSniper - Radio Silent
Chris is one guy in the shop. I know he has been out in the field a bit, and is in Socal as of now, but call him. That's the best way to get thru. He is on a buddies boat for a couple of days, so you maynot hear back before sunday, but leave a message and I am sure he will respond.
As for warranties, yes, he stands behind all his guns.

Chris just helped me out with a gun that needed a little love. He'll help you out I'm sure.
