Pretty simple,after seeing bulit7s ongoing thread and the variety of answers.

I do 200 dives a year or more from 120' to 200' on air or lean nitrox.And almost 200 in shallow water on nitrox.Tri-mix every so often deeper than 200'

I like to take a little vagisil when i dive real deep.

Less then 120'...... I can get down there, but at my age I'd have a hard time
getting back.

l,it's the first step.I still take 2 Aleve almost every morning and an aspirin before a lot of dives.

Don't know,I got rear ended two weeks ago and I gots da whiplash,still sore waiting to get med. clearence to go back to work.Kamikaze took my boat out and caught 15 boxes of snapper in a day and half,they had alternator issues and had to come back.

90% of our trips we run out 30-40 miles to the crushing depths of 30-60 foot. Freedive if the conditions are good, straight Air if not. The other 10% we hit the Atlantic or the keys and will bounce as deep as 150-160 to kill fish. But I sure like my long shallow target rich dives....

mostly on air, almost all the 120+ is on air

Always over 160' and at least twice a trip over 200, sometimes over 250. All on air. I break out the Tri-mix for dives over 300.

Best mix all dives if we can dive nitrox. Then it's air to .......!

Always 400ft or more and always on air, Oh and I swim from shore to those depths as well, I bring along my 90cm Omer killing machine for those big pelagics. I don't use a dive flag either. I have no certifications, but, I do read spearboard all the time and learn from the greats here.

Did you forget to mention how you asend? Do you mind if I fill everyone in?

To save energy from swimming up from the depth. You simply fill up a lift bag and allow the lift bag to drag you up to the surface.

At the surface - you take two tylenol for the headache of the ez asend.

I usually dive at approximate 145' on nitrox. I's not too shallow so it will make bigger catch
