Austin's is looking for a full time sales associate to join our staff. The salesperson is responsible for generating sales of diving, snorkeling and spearfishing equipment and participating in all activities related to the ongoing operation and maintenance of a retail environment.

Duties / Essential Functions:

Sales of all store products.
Stocking and arranging displays
Cleaning and maintaining the store
Fill cylinders (must be able to lift 40+ pounds)
Other tasks as assigned by managers

Qualifications:

Previous Customer Service experience; twelve (12) months sales or related experience preferred
Certified Scuba Diver preferred. If not a certified diver, employee must complete certification within 3 months of employment
Certified Freediver preferred. Knowledge of spearfishing an advantage.
Ability to use point of sale computer terminal
Bilingual preferred
Must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
Ability to work on your feet most of the day
Ability to climb ladders and stairs
