Wow, great video. Only one I've seen which can show what happened to me the other day diving here in Rhode Island. What a giant Wahoo. The place I'd like to visit most one day. Those guys from NZ must have had the trip of their lives.

may be sailfish or GT , wr records are around too as well as few others fishes..

If that Kiwi manages to spear some more world records, you are going to be overrun with spearos!

Heck, he is already going to be a poster boy for Aimrite... Did he take both the Wahoo and the Dogtooth Tuna with the same spear, too? Imagine spearing a bunch of world records with not just the same speargun, but the same shaft, too!

In all seriousness, I wish him the best of luck. Not that he will need it, because he definitely has the skill and the right guides!

the answer is YES same shaft !

and he said will be the same shaft for tomorrow !! ( this shaft start to worth some bucks !!)

Absolutely fantastic. We get the same but with small Wahoo, from 5 kg - 35 kg. You get all the monsters!!! Must be an amazing sight to see. Hopefully we will make it to come and visit you one day.
