Sounds like he may be looking for something a little more personal, but at least the template is a starting point.

Quick session in town this morning; hazy visibility between 3-10 ft.

Re: Santa Barbara Conditions Report "Perma-Thread"

Despite the strong winds and swell of the last 10 days, I had a feeling I would get lucky this afternoon so I went to mesa in the early pm.
After getting past the muddy waters in the shallow, the vis opened up to...... 5 ft at best. Looks like my 6th sense isn't worth much.
2/10 WNB (would not bother)

Tried the mesa this morning and was welcomed by 2ft bottom vis. Just awful.
Apparently there were two whales yards away from me and I didn't even notice...

Re: Santa Barbara Conditions Report "Perma-Thread"

Pea green diarrhea in town case you were wondering

Kinda looks like Namor was eating pan seared chitons and diced shallots topped with mango chutney and finished it up with a hot tottee. And then blew it up in his trousers of course

Re: Santa Barbara Conditions Report "Perma-Thread"

Jeez LL Cool Nay,

Patella vulgata work well salted and sauted in olive oil, a dry Reisling, shallots, garlic and finished with butter. Served as an appetizer lightly dusted with fresh chopped parsley and served on baguette crouton rounds. Chitons are a more delicate species, try sucking one straight outta Lompton with a little brackish sea water. This is likely more easily digested by the Lompution vacuous cranial cavity.
Careful though, you may find yourself blowing out the other side in your trousers as well, with a feeling of satisfaction reminiscent to your Depends wearing days.
I harvested a few Opii on Saturday ... gorgeous and without any messy kid stuff in my shorts!

Billers are for sissy's and limpet chewing old guys! See you in the water in 2 weeks.

Re: Santa Barbara Conditions Report "Perma-Thread"

You guys....I too came home with only a sack of opihi after a,dive in under 5' of vis. Super tasty cooked in olive oil garlic salt then parmesan cheese dusting on top . Sorry to disappoint you lompton, but I chased them down with some kind of Belgian wheat beer, I can't remember what it's called .

Dove the ****in ghetto (fug) and it was a mob scene Kama even up around the point there were so many people I couldn't take a piss and privacy. There were a bunch of Spearos with chrap eurosguns and short pole Spears.too

I did see a decent Calico that I was going to plug if I could the get the gun on it, fortunately able to before I could do so because it was following right behind my buddies flippers that I couldn't see 4 feet away.

My buddy visiting from up north was the number one killer with 2 good sheep crabs he managed to find in the murk.
