Nothing brings out the lurkers like a speargun giveaway. When Iya had his speargun giveaway contest years ago it got a bunch of lurkers to sign up.

JimB, I guess that situation might be called a "Quasi-Lurker." They have been in the water and found it too hot or too cold to stay in and post. LOL That's cool. I wonder if Lurkers are also good at stalking fish? If so, do they shoot them or just watch from a reasonable distance until someone else shoots them?

One time, I was lurking aroud this chick's window and then her dad came out, but I told him I was only a Lurker, totally not committed to anything but lurking, but his shotgun didn't buy it. Damn you Dick Cheney!

Welcome Robbie, It takes alot of courage to come out of the Lurkers Closet. Spearboard is a wild and woolly place in cyberspace, but you Aussies know how to handle the Outback, so this should be a cakewalk. I had lunch this week with a fine Aussie visiting the USA from the Shark Shield company that is based Down Under. I think they will be donating to the Spearboard Open prize table.
