Anyone in SoCal ever seen one of these?

Hi Everyone,
So I've been hoping to get into spearfishing for a while. This Christmas I had a simple pole spear on my list to get me started. My in laws surprised me with a vintage Italian made pneumatic speargun that they had won at an event many years ago. As far as I know, it's never been fired or in the water. The speargun is a Technisub Panther. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be holding any pressure. I've looked all over the interned for info, all the sites I get directed to seem to be in Russian. I've had the spear in three different shops in San Diego and everyone comments about how cool and unique it is, but nobody has ever worked with anything like it. I'm wondering if anyone out there has any experience with these spearguns and can help me get it working, or if there are any collectors out there who would be interested in setting up a sale or trade for a simple band gun?

You can see a picture of the whole gun here (uploader isn't working for me): https://www.google.com/search?q=tech...2F%3B640%3B479

There's one on eBay like that but used without a spear the just sold for $135. So you can assume yours would sell for more. Maybe $175-$200? I'd sell it on eBay and put the cash toward a good used band gun.
