Nope, just rainbows. You'd have to hike a hell of a ways I imagine. I've caught small ones on a fly rod. Bigger ones are tough to find.

They're not hard to find necessarily. You probably already know the mountain range you should be looking in.
It will generally be 10+ miles in, over 9,500 feet, cold, and iced over until late June or early July. Iceout is right when to be there. All this is why I've never speared any. It's nothing to reel them in one after another at iceout or shortly thereafter. Fly gear is much easier to pack than dive gear. If you do it, be a pal. Try hard to don't piss off the H&L crowd. This should be easy, since almost all the fishing traffic is in a handful of lakes and drainages. Other lakes with nice size fish seldom see any traffic at all. Have fun, be careful, and don't make us all look like assholes!
