Re: Why did they quit making the Scupper Pro?
Looking at their website it seems like the front hatch is 4” in diameter. Not being able to access the front hatch easily would be a dealbreaker for me. I will try to contact them and ask for any suggestions regarding the issue.

Re: Why did they quit making the Scupper Pro?
My 1994 scupper pro is about to expire. I would really like to renew it. So sad Ocean Kayak is now in the pool toy business.

Re: Why did they quit making the Scupper Pro?
Several years back I tried to buy a Scupper Pro from a kayak shop in Hawaii and they said their dealership contract with the new manufacturer located in New Zealand, prohibited delivery to the USA mainland.
Apparently, when the Ocean Kayak owner sold the company, the sales contract prohibited Scupper Pro competition in the USA mainland. Today, I googled scupper pro of New Zealand and this website came up. https://www.kayaksaustralia.com.au/s...cupper-pro.php So, maybe a kayak shop in La Paz, Mexico can order you one.
