After much contemplation I have decided to sell my Boat. Here are all the details.

Description: This boat is very rare as it has been store indoors in my warehouse since new, it has
never been stored outdoors since I have owned it. Therefore the boat is in exceptional condition,
especially for a boat that has been in service for 8 years. I bought this boat brand new from Marine Max in Clearwater
Fl. in July of 2016. It was a leftover 2015 model. I just had the engine fully serviced at Gregor's Marine
in Largo Fl. on June 22nd 2024. The engine is in perfect working order with zero rust under the engine
cowling. All lifetime service records are on file with Gregor's Marine.

Comments:This boat is absolutely loaded with with custom equipment upgrades and features. If you
are not familiar with the deck layout of a 210 Montauk, you will be amazed at how roomy this 21ft.
boat is. It has more usable deck space than many 24 and 26ft. center console boats I have been on. I
used this boat for offshore scuba diving in the Gulf and family boating in Tampa Bay.

Price: $65,000.00. I believe this is a very fair priced based on my used 210 Montauk research.
Especially considering the extensive equipment package and features this boat has. These boats are
currently priced well above $119k new and they come with a cheap galvanized trailer and no
