Black spots on yellow tail meat?

Do you guys know what these black flake like spots are in Yellow Tail? I found these little black flakes that of course I disposed as a precaution.
The fish smells and tastes fine.
I had the fish raw after freezing for 48 hrs. With no problems.
These black things are not like the tiny black veins that you find from time to time in most fish.

Anyone?

I have seen these a lot in paddy fish. I am not finding any info on Parabis listusa. Is that a real name or is it a joke.
