Is this the first class you would take? i have been freediving for a long time but would love to extend my depth and bottom time. I have taken no classes for this before.

Yes this is the right class for you. Even though you have been freediving for a while. You need to learn the basic skills and technique we teach. We no longer offer level 2 without level 1 certification any longer. This is because people would not have these basic skills before taking level 2. This would cause them to be working on entry level skills. During most of the level 2 course. Causing them not to practice and master the advanced skills level 2 is designed for. We have added more skills to level 1. This gives you the time and practice to master the level 2 skills, in level 2. Level 2 is now a 3 day course. Wich is designed to start with advanced skills on the first day. Knowing by completing level 1 already. You are ready to start on advanced skills.
