we killed 20 hogs that day and these 4 were the ones that were between 7-10 lbs

Nice hogs...why do the scales look the way they do? Did you guys scale the fish?

We used to scale them that way but find it's a lot easier to cut the skin and scales off. Some people like to cook the fish with the skin, but it's no fun scaling the fish, so we dont do it.
