I ended up using a stainless steel nail I had on hand I flared slightly with a pin hammer. Then bent it down slightly with the same hammer. I wouldn’t make every change at once I’d just tune it to whatever problems you see needing solving as they pop up.

Any updated feedback on the slip tip?
How's it working out with the mods (o-ring for line tension, larger loop, better flopper pin)? Did it solve all the issues with it? |
