Whales Whales Whales
Thought I would toss this up here in case anyone is interested.
I had some friends in from out of town that wanted to get out on the ocean and see the islands. I heard there were Whales out there, and it's the right time of year so we went looking... and got rewarded big time. South East of Anacapa about 4 miles out... whale were everywhere. We had over 40 sightings and when we shut off the engine and just drifted we could hear them surfacing all around the boat. If you have people that want to whale watch, get out there this week. multiple charters from Channel Islands have daily trips. Enjoy
