Geez...I'm surprised that more people don't know how to get a dog off something when they're this amped up like this. A belt around it's neck to cut off it's air/blood supply will cause it to release. If it has a collar...just twist while lifting up. Kicking it in the head will just cause more damage to the other dog.

Yea, I've heard that method, too, but haven't ever heard of anyone successfully pulling it off. I'm more inclined to perform the tried and true method...don't much care for dog crap under my finger nails either.
I've also heard of squeezing their nuts, if they're a male. Can't say I've ever heard of this being successfully done. It's amazing the amount of pain they're willing to endure while they're amped up. As you can see in that video, people were beating and tasering it while it showed no reaction and kept wagging its tail. A pig will tear them up with their entrails hanging out and still won't stop. Crazy.
