Joining San Diego Freedivers

Hello San Diego spearos. I Joined the San Diego Freedivers via their website about 6 weeks ago give or take, and I haven't received a confirmation email yet allowing me to login to the members area of the website.

Im interested in getting involved with the club and attending a meeting. I'm sure its just a technicality, and Ill be in soon. But if Im missing something, let me know. thanks guys.

Accounts on the website are for members only. Did you "Register" for the website or did you join the club? Your registration for the club will be ignored if you didn't actually fill out a membership application and pay dues. If you did fill out a membership app, you should have received an email with instructions on contacting the webmaster and signing up for the website.

This is the email I got when I did a test registration on the website:

"Hi Test,

Thanks for registering for San Diego Freedivers! Your registration is currently being reviewed. You will not be able to login until it has been approved. If you are not a current San Diego Freedivers Member, your account will not be approved. To sign-up for membership, please visit http://www.sandiegofreedivers.com/cl...ub-membership/ Once you sign-up for membership, you will receive an email acknowledgement with information and instructions.

If you are already a San Diego Freedivers Member, please email Roman Castro to finalize your registration. Thanks for your patience.

If you have filled out the member app and paid dues, please PM me or send an email to the webmaster or President and we can activate your account. If you are not receiving the emails, please check your spam folder. You should be getting automatic emails with instructions.

Also. Once you join we will add you to our private Facebook page where you will get dive and fish reports along with conditions almost daily. Also, it's a great place to find dive buddies and boat rides.

Yeah of course, dues paid and registration done. Wouldnt have come this far asking for spearboard assistance otherwise. Thanks Butch, Email sent. Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Ray,

I searched our payments and submittal database. There has not been a submission from a Ray Holland. It is possible that it did not get fully submitted.

Please try again. To submit an application go to sandiegofreedivers.com. Click on the blinking Grouper on the right. Fill out the form and hit submit. You will be taken to a page to submit a payment via PayPal.

Several of us on the board receive this notification. You will receive a confirmation email along with an invite to the private web page and the private Facebook page. After that you will receive a welcome packet in the mail.

lol. thats my alter ego.. naw, thats my girls name. it was a xmas gift. but done with the same email, I didnt realize there would be any confusion. Thanks for all your help Butch.
