Improved spark plug boot
May be of interest to some other guys running outboards in challenging conditions, especially the small single cylinder models. I found a solution to lots hair pulling, swearing, mid channel stall-outs, and unproductive googling over a mystery problem with a new Tohatsu 6hp four stroke...
