It's called Banco Chinchorro Atol amd there are three keys; Cayo Norte, Cayo Centro and Cayo Lobos and I think it's in Beleze waters but is closer (30km) to a little Mexican village called...

I'm with Keezdiver, I like to keep it simple. There are two products you can buy off the shelf that make nice spicy fish without a lot of breading one is Mies breading and the other is from Zatarans....

Mexico Fishing License

Is there anywhere in Texas to buy a Mexican fishing license?
I'm leaving the Dallas area on wed or thurs for mexico and was hoping to avoid the hassle of getting one once we get accross the border.
