yah i understand where you are coming from safety after all is key. but anyway i am inexperienced i have just started fishing about three months ago. (from chicago not too much spearfishing on lake michigan) but anyway i do mostly shore dives which means like 25ft or less. and i am in good shape not great. but i am a red cross certified life guard, CPR, AED, first aid. all that stuff so i am a strong swimmer. i however understand your apprehension, after all its prolly for my own good. i have been doing tables and have a expanda lung that i run with.

hi i noticed a post you left a while back for jupitor below in regards to freedive techniques and aerobic and anaerobic workouts. i have recently started freediving with my cousin and an just trying to learn the proper workouts to increase my down time. i understand i should take a class and do plan on it eventually. they are expensive and far away. soon though. but i was just looking for some advice on workouts. anything would be greatly appreciated.
