Hi 308, pirate diver recommend I talk to you. I am relocating to St Augustine at the end of the month. I'm looking for other ware dwellers like myself. I'm completely unfamiliar with the FL east coast since I'm from Destin. I'm a saturation diver so I'm diving around the world for weeks at a time, but when I'm home, everyday is a diving day. I just have an inflatable "diveyak" It's rigged for diving and has an anchor. No sonar/depth finder but I do have GPS. I can always freedive to find structure if we get on some numbers. I normally tow a float/dive flag attached to my gun with a float cord. Most of the diving I do in Jax is offshore from a boat, but I've taken the kayak to spear the Mayport Jetties alot.

I usually just scuba, i'm not a very experienced freediver. I'll bring scuba gear. You're more than welcome to do whatever you want. I would feel better having somebody at/near the surface often to keep an eye on the boats. Have you done any kayak spearing before? Is ur kayak rigged for it?

I see your from jax and dive the jetties. I've been looking to dive the jetties, and dive buddies, but no real way to get to the jetties. How often do you hit the water?
