I am a member of a prominent group of divers, cooks, and marine advocates that are promoting ocean conservation through a food and dive competition in Northern California on Nov 9.

This event has huge sponsors already (Suunto, Omer, Gannet, DiveR, etc) and has been featured on international blogs and podcasts.

I'm hoping you might help me promote it in the spearboard community. I don't have enough significance in this forum but the event is definitely worth promoting. Please let me know if you or another more appropriate contact can help me out

I was wondering if you would be interested in doing a presentation about your FRV in Northern California. If you are, I could handle the promotion and organization up here. I'm connected with several shops, clubs, and organizations including Solano County Dive Rescue Team, Mendocino County Dive Rescue Team, Sport Chalet, Bamboo Reef, All About Scuba, Monterey Bay Tritons, Nor Cal Underwater Hunters, PFI and FII. I think I could get a pretty good group of people together that are in the right circles to spread the word about the vest. If you are interested let me know what dates would work for you. I'm thinking some time in the first half of 2011. Also I'd need to know if you need anything in return, (hotel room, fees, etc.) I would not try to make this event about a profit but if there are costs it would have to cover them.
