There's no magic recipe, really-- I just started lifting weights and walking 5 days a week, and cut my calorie intake basically in half. Because I'm an active guy, the weight came off pretty fast. I lost 36lbs in less than 90 days.
No sugar, cut WAY down on the carbs and never eat anything after 7pm. I used to eat late a lot and that was a big factor. No more 9:30-10:00 dinners. LOL Don't drink regular soda, gatorade or anything with sugar in it-- That stuff kills you. Drink diet soda
or water. Dive as much as you can and stretch before and after any activity-- Good luck!!! Keep me posted on how you do!
i just heard that you lost 40lbs. can you tell me what you did to lose it? And how long it took to lose it? I really need to lose this weight, for health reasons and because I need to be in better shape for diving and my other passion, racquetball. It's killing my diving and my ball game. Any input would be appreciated, especially if you have a magic recipe.
