Hey Allen I'm planning on checking out the weigh in as well. And as for your son for wanting to learn freediving that's really cool I got no issue with helping him out there I even have some extra gear. Fins and weight belt for freediving. My Wong 55 gets here on Monday and it I have a Wong hybrid 60 I can use as long as your spots got some bigger fish amberjacks or cobia.

Glad you made it to Fl., safe... Just to let you know, my sons & I are Scuba only. However my youngest son, Dusty 28 y.o. is wanting to freedive, or you are welcome to do same spots we do....really what ever works, you are welcome. That being said my boat is getting new batteries & will be ready this weekend & we may go sunday 8/19/12 out of Tarpon Springs. My other son & I wiil be at SPO WEIGH-IN on Saturday 8/18/12. So let me know your thoughts......Allen
