Inlays
Hi guys,I remember seeing an inlay on a speargun for the first time in a thread on this forum years ago,I just wanted to share some of my work,of course I'm not a pro but maybe this post can inspire someone to give it a try like that old post did for me,take care.

Very nice, Mike Novotny just built me a 60" Mid Handle gun with an Ivory Maori hook Inlay. Will try and upload pics.

Here is a link to a short video displaying one of the spearguns, it's a 90cm teak inverter,it was missing 2 bands in that video,the other gun follows the same concept but it's 105cm mahogany and has 5 bands instead,a middle one and two couples.After trying many types of guns,I fell in love with this configuration,just two loadings and a lot of power with virtually no recoil makes it the perfect choice for my type of fishing.

I used Ermes rollers, can't remember exactly the diameter but I remember I picked them cause they had the smaller diameter on the market, around 3 cm external diameter I think,I just changed the ball bearings,the steel ones tend to rust and get stuck with time,I chose some zirconia bearings with the same size
