A Challenging Dive -

Before getting in, my Pony bottle pressure gauge face explodes, then I can only find lobsters with eggs, then figure out my BC failed, get distracted with too much line out in a moderate current and drive the scooter into it multiple times, then miss a lobster...and then it just keeps getting better.. all in perfect conditions.

Finally bailed on the dive- which is pretty rare for me- yet the fun continues. At least I didn't get stung by a lionfish!

My son found almost endless amusement in it.

As he has heard so many times before:"You can learn a lot from my mistakes".

I wish they would stop feeding those things!

Geez. No thanks.
That shark feeding and associated behavior change is bad news.

yup, several miles south of the Jupiter Inlet.

The shark behavior has changed drastically, as has the population density.

I really wonder how much of the decline in the local (winter) gag population is associated with all the sharks we have now.
